This Privacy Policy explains how Novaier (“Novaier”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit novaier.com or contact us. We keep the data we hold to a minimum and we never sell it.

Who we are

Novaier is an atelier producing handcrafted solid marble furniture, based in Italy. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Novaier is the data controller responsible for your personal data. You can reach us at any time at [email protected].

What data we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you and to keep the website running.

• Information you give us. When you email us or send an enquiry, we receive your name, your email address and anything you choose to include in your message, such as details of a commission.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data when a page is loaded, including your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you view, and the date and time of the visit. This is held in server logs for security and diagnostics.
